Generally good body positions at the finish of the stroke phase. Catch and Finish timings appears to be pretty good.

Makesure you are all getting your hands away with stright but relaxed arms before breaking the legs to slide forward. (2 and 4 in particular)

Becareful about getting the legs down flat too quickly during the stroke (1,2 &3) there is a tendency to "bumshove". Make sure you are connected to the water at the catch before applying the leg power. Try not to overreach at the catch. From the finish of the stroke phase sit up tall on the recovery, this will enable you to get in a stronger position for the catch and will stop the overreaching, which is probably causing the legs and body to be disconnected causing the bum shove.

Bow position I suggest you need to move your stretched position towards you. This will eliminate the need for you to have excessive layback, and put you in a stronger position at the finish.

Other than these points a pretty good result for a scratch crew 4 out of 7. You would have won the second heat.
